Please note; Festive season booking rates will vary and attract additional cleaning fees. Please inquire directly to receive a quote which reflects the same. We reserve the right to apply 10-night minimum stay on bookings which encompass Christmas Day or New Years Eve, however this can be negotiated on request and is at the sole discretion of Alagana House.

Reservation Confirmation

Once you’re ready to book, simply contact us and we will take care of your reservation. Once the reservation agreement is signed we request 50% deposit to confirm your booking with the balance being due 3 months prior to check in unless otherwise agreed.

ABST – Antigua Barbuda Sales Tax

Recently the government of Antigua & Barbuda introduced sales tax on all villa rental operations. In line with mandatory government regulations, the total rate payable per night is quoted inclusive of ABST @ 17%.

Guest Levy – USD per person, per night

The Antiguan government also chooses to levy all hotel & villa guests with daily taxes currently USD 5 per person, per night. These are charged during reservation unless otherwise indicated or agreed.

Damage Deposit:

All guests are required to fund reservations via credit card, however please note American Express is not accepted. There will be a provisional hold placed on your card during your stay to cover the damage deposit of USD1500.00 – this will be automatically refunded after successful check out minus any damages incurred during your stay.

Festive Season Reservations:

Reservations that encompass Christmas and New Year will be subject to additional terms and conditions: all reservations that fall within either of the major holidays will be fully funded & non-refundable 6 months prior to check-in.
